Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using our junk removal services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers in Connecticut and surrounding areas.

Services Description

We provide professional junk removal, hauling, and cleanout services for residential and commercial properties throughout Connecticut, including Hartford, New Haven, Stamford, Waterbury, and surrounding areas.

Our services include but are not limited to: furniture removal, appliance disposal, garage cleanouts, estate cleanouts, construction debris removal, and general junk hauling.

Items We Cannot Accept

For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot remove certain items, including:

• Hazardous materials (chemicals, asbestos, lead paint, etc.)
• Flammable or explosive materials
• Medical waste or biohazardous materials
• Firearms or ammunition
• Stolen property or items with unclear ownership

If you are unsure whether an item can be removed, please contact us before scheduling service.

Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the items to be removed and their location
• Ensure you have legal authority to dispose of all items presented for removal
• Provide safe access to the items and work area
• Disclose any known hazards or safety concerns at the service location
• Be present or have an authorized representative present during service

Scheduling and Cancellations

• We offer same-day and next-day service when available, subject to scheduling capacity.
• Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling when possible.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule service due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

• Damage to items being removed (items designated for removal are considered unwanted)
• Pre-existing damage to property not caused by our crew
• Loss of use, data, or profits arising from service use
• Delays or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are fully licensed and insured for your protection.

Property Damage Claims

While we take every precaution to prevent damage, if you believe our crew caused damage to your property during service, you must report it within 24 hours of service completion. All claims will be investigated, and legitimate claims will be addressed through our insurance coverage.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Connecticut.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
